Product concept
The Pender school portal.
A single place for admissions and international recruitment teams to receive qualified introductions, respond to families and track outcomes. This page describes what we are building — there is no live portal yet.

Illustrative format only. A referral ID links one family introduction to one school so both sides can see the same status.
Planned data model
Commercial tracking, designed in from the start.
These are the fields the future referral record is designed to hold. This is planned architecture — no live database, school records or referral data exist today.

Two ways to work with Pender
Pender Select and Pender Growth.
Option 1
Pender Select
For established schools with strong demand
A fixed fee for each qualified family introduction. Suitable for schools that do not want a long-term arrangement or a share-of-fees model.
Commercial model
Fixed fee per qualified introduction
Fees and percentages are agreed directly with each school. We are not publishing figures while the model is being finalised.
- No long-term commitment
- Pay for qualified introductions
- Structured family profiles
- Pender-qualified enquiries
- Referral tracking
Option 2
Pender Growth
For schools seeking to expand international enrolment
A success-based arrangement. Schools pay an agreed percentage of first-year tuition when a Pender-referred student successfully enrols.
Commercial model
Agreed percentage of first-year tuition on enrolment
Fees and percentages are agreed directly with each school. We are not publishing figures while the model is being finalised.
- Low upfront risk
- Aligned incentives
- International family acquisition
- Qualified introductions
- Application tracking
Schools cannot pay to improve their position in your recommendations. Recommendations are based only on the requirements you give us and how well a school suits them.
Pender is paid by schools — either a fixed fee for a qualified introduction, or an agreed percentage of first-year tuition if a student enrols. We keep those arrangements separate from matching by design, and we will publish exactly how that separation is enforced once the matching architecture is built.
What the portal is not
Clear boundaries.
Not an admissions decision engine
Schools decide who to interview, assess, offer and admit. Pender never makes or influences that decision.
Not a paid ranking
No commercial tier, fee or commission affects the schools a family is shown or the order they appear in.
Not a data free-for-all
Schools receive only what they need to respond, and only after a parent has given permission.
For schools
Interested in becoming a founding Pender school?
We’re currently speaking with UK boarding schools and independent schools interested in reaching more international families through a technology-led acquisition channel.
We are currently speaking with a small group of UK schools about becoming founding partners.
